*This class is NOT for beginners. This class is also NOT designed for you to come in and do the daily WOD unless pre-approved by a coach. If approved, note that coaches will not be explaining WODs, starting clocks and/or turning up music for you… bring your own watch and headphones so as not to disturb those around you. This class IS an opportunity for anyone wanting to work on additional skills/lifts to come in and do so. Coaches will be present but not available to help you. Coaches will be working on skills as well. Make sure a coach approves you to be there prior to showing up.

**Please do not plan on arriving during this class time unless you have successfully completed a Fundamentals course. This class is far too busy to give in-depth coaching to newer members. Thank you for your understanding.
