At Hub City CrossFit, we “Spread the Pain!” What does this mean???
Simple, we will give you ONE FULL WEEK to try us out (completely risk free of course)! How can we possibly do this when other guys only give you one day?!?!
This is also simple. We want you to get the best feel possible for CrossFit. One day isn’t going to do that. A WEEK… now we are talking!
So, how does this trial work? Simple.
- We need you to first attend a Fundamentals course to teach you technique on the exercises we do. CrossFit is NOT some kind of group class where we don’t care about you and/or what you look like in the class. We lift significant amounts of weight in here and we want to teach you proper form to reduce the chance of an injury occurring.
- After you have successfully completed this free Fundamentals course you will be welcomed back the following week to start your FREE trial.
- If you are still around after the week… then we will talk about becoming a member.
